Meeting Hour Rules
- 1Included: 3 hours total live collaboration (project-wide).
- 2Notice: At 2 hours consumed, you receive a notice: "We've used 2 of your 3 included meeting hours. One hour remaining."
- 3Exceeded: At 3 hours consumed, live sessions pause. Choose to upgrade to The Proof (prior payment applies) or continue purely async.
- Counted: Video calls, phone calls, site visits.
Not Counted: Slack, documents, Loom reviews.
The Proof
Collaboration Rules
- 1Included: 10 hours total live collaboration (project-wide).
- 2Notice: At 7 hours consumed, you receive a notice: "We've used 7 of your 10 included collaboration hours. Three hours remaining."
- 3Beyond 10 Hours: Additional time is available in pre-approved 3-hour blocks at $600.
- On-site: 1 Kingston visit included (shadowing/workshops) drawing from the 10-hour pool. Travel outside Kingston quoted separately.
